Description of Service

We offer dress rental services. Renting dresses from us is strictly subject to the availability of the items.

Order Formulation

Confirming the orders takes place upon our receipt of confirmation email for any order. Our mode of acceptance is purely COD.

Length of Rental Period

Each rental includes a specified period for which the dress can be used. It is your responsibility to return the dress within the agreed timeframe to avoid additional charges.

Condition of Dresses

Dresses are rented in clean and wearable condition. Customers are expected to return the items in the same condition, excluding normal wear from trying on. Any damage beyond normal wear may incur additional fees.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for the following conditions: defects noted at delivery and receiving the wrong item. Bank transfer is the only mode for refunds. Returns have to be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product and all relevant information has to be sent to our team at [email protected].

Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data is collected and used according to the PDPA. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Limitation of Liability

Spegabir shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform hereunder caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays and force majeure events.
