At Spegabir, we aim to make your dress rental experience smooth and enjoyable. We know that sometimes there is a need for return or refund. This policy details the process and requirements for returns and refunds in accordance with Taiwan's regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act or PDPA.

Return Policy

We accept returns based on the following conditions:

  • The dress is returned in its original condition without any traces of wear and tear, only that it had been tried on.
  • The return will be done within 24 hours from the date the dress was received.
  • We would communicate the return request through our email at [email protected] together with details that include your order number and reasons for the return.
  • After the approval of your return request, we will initiate the process for the return of the dress.

Refund Policy

Refunds shall only be accepted in cases where:

  • The dress ordered is not the one received.
  • In case the dress comes in with visible defects or damage even before being tried on.

Refunds are made directly through bank transfers. We do not make refunds through other means. To process a refund, you will need to provide your bank account details in a protected manner via our email. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed after your return is confirmed.

Conditions and Exceptions

  • Dresses damaged as a result of poor handling after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Any kind of refund will not be accepted for orders made by mistake or if preferences are changed after goods are delivered.

Our service is purely cash-on-delivery. Please make sure to check your order details cautiously before you progress to the checkout.
